The Company reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities due to pricing inaccuracies, inventory issues, or system-related problems, even after an order has been submitted.

4. Product Classification, Age Restrictions, and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE – PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION AND AGE GUIDELINES

All products manufactured, imported, and sold by Misty Mellow (operated by Styleworth Inc.) are not children’s toys.

Misty Mellow is not a toy manufacturer, importer, or retailer, and does not engage in the sale of children’s toys.

Our products fall into the following categories:

• Stationery
• General lifestyle goods
• Hair accessories
• Fashion accessories
• Decorative and stress-relief fidget items (non-play use)
• Beads, charms, and DIY craft parts

All products are intended for decoration, crafting, DIY projects, collection, or personal use only, and are not designed or marketed for play.

Mystery Scoop items, lucky bags, handmade items, and DIY kits are not intended for children under 12 years of age. Any use by minors should be conducted under the supervision and judgment of a parent or responsible adult.

Some products may contain small parts and may pose risks such as choking or injury if misused. By purchasing and using these products, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.

All products are sold as non-toy consumer goods and are not classified as “children’s products” or “toys” under applicable regulations, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At Misty Mellow, each item is thoughtfully prepared with the goal of providing a unique and enjoyable experience.

Due to the nature of our products—particularly mystery items, lucky bags, and custom or handmade products—we kindly ask for your understanding that returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Mystery Scoop products
• Lucky Bag products

These items may include random selections and are individually prepared. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We truly appreciate your understanding of the special nature of these products.

6. Exceptions and Issue Resolution

If there is a clear defect, damage upon arrival, or an error directly attributable to Misty Mellow or Styleworth Inc., we will carefully review the situation and provide a reasonable resolution within a fair and practical scope, at our discretion.

Reporting an Issue

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Supporting photos or documentation may be requested

Our goal is always to handle such matters with care, common sense, and respect for each customer.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping

Shipping terms, rates, and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. However, we are committed to assisting customers with carrier inquiries or claims whenever possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in conduct that interferes with the operation or security of the Site, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, or violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
