Our Policy on Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At Misty Mellow, each item is carefully prepared with the intention of delivering a special and enjoyable experience to every customer.

Due to the nature of our products—particularly mystery items, lucky bags, and custom or handmade products—we kindly ask for your understanding that returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Mystery Scoop products
• Lucky Bag products

These items may contain random selections or be individually prepared. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Exceptions & Our Commitment to Fair Resolution

If there is a clear defect, damage upon arrival, or an error directly attributable to Misty Mellow or Styleworth Inc., we will carefully review the situation and provide a reasonable resolution within a fair and practical scope, at our discretion.

Reporting an Issue

• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Photos or other supporting documentation may be requested to help us assess the situation

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. As such, Misty Mellow is unable to assume liability for loss, delay, or damage that occurs during shipping.

That said, we are fully committed to supporting our customers and will make every reasonable effort to assist with carrier claims or communication to help resolve shipping-related issues.

 

Chargebacks

Unjustified or unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service. We kindly encourage customers to contact us first so we can work together toward a fair solution.
